Our wines are the result of a demanding and meticulous work. Stainless steel tanks with electronic pumping over programmers, refrigeration equipment for temperature control, automated cleaning systems, crushers, pneumatic presses, Bag in box bottling machines..., all at the service of a careful and quality production that makes our wines differential and renowned.

We carry out an exhaustive selection process with the parameters of PH and rot index, sugar richness... The maceration process is carried out at no more than 25º, then comes the fermentation, a process that begins with the alcoholic fermentation to move on to the next stage, which is the malolactic fermentation.
